As a user who often found many popular websites and mobile applications tough to use with assistive software, his interests shifted to digital accessibility. A self-proclaimed Whovian, he can be found streaming science fiction shows from all decades on the weekends

David-Elijah is an American/Israeli dual national of Syrian descent. His eclectic career includes filmmaking, TV production, and print journalism for several publications worldwide. He is passionate about disability rights and mental health advocacy. When he is not producing content, he can be found watching mid-20th century horror films.
Tammie Stevens, Online Learning Manager
Tammie began her career as an early childhood teacher. As her sight began to diminish, she shifted her focus to working with adults dealing with vision loss. She has held many positions in the disability field services, including vocational employment evaluator and assistive technology trainer. When she is not enjoying a book, she can be found making tortillas in her kitchen, or pursuing casual research projects in her home office.
